Starting the morning in a way that makes me feel alive and energized is absolutely essential to my life. Each day is a new opportunity to remake myself, and those first few hours after waking up set the tone for the rest of the day.
Lately, I have been very adamant about keeping a morning routine. Although, I will be honest: it changes day to day. In fact, since I made this, my routine has already changed. The video attached to this post was made about two weeks ago.
Why is it being posted so late? Well, that’s because I was waiting on a new laptop to arrive so I could continue editing videos. My moms old computer was not cutting it.
You can begin to expect much more regular videos from here on out.

I would be happy to share but for now, please enjoy this little video I put together, to hopefully inspire you to come up with some sort of routine that gets you excited to get out of bed each morning!
My Morning Routine
Use Tongue Scraper & Brush Teeth
- Breath of Fire (3 Minutes)
- Vigorous Cat/Cow (3 Minutes)
- Sat Kriya (3 Minutes)
- Microcosmic Orbit (20 Minutes)
Exercise (12 Reps/ea, 20-30 minutes)
- Mountain Climbers
- High Knees
- Leg Raises
- Bridge Thrusts
- Leg Raises in Down Dog
- Plank (1 Minute)
Hydrate & Probiotic
- 32 oz Lemon Water w Chlorophyll
- Celery Juice
- Liver Detox Tea
- Chaga Tea
- Cacao Powder
- Black Pepper
- Plant-Based Protein Powder
- Bee Pollen (to top)
- Smudge w Palo Santo
- Consecrate Self w Scented Oils
- Pick a Card (Oracle and/or Tarot)
- Visualize Dreams
- Set Intentions
